Industrial units and offices for Baggaley Construction

An extensive new build development on a filled site which had been improved by vibro-flotation.

The development was designed to encourage new business and to regenerate employment in the area.

The small industrial units of load bearing masonry construction although
extensive use of bed joint reinforcement was required.

The curved two storey reception area required considerable
attention to detail.
