Student Accommodation, Brayford Quays, Lincoln for IDB Ltd

The development comprised four independent student accommodation buildings varying in height from three to six storey above retail/leisure units at ground floor levels.

The building construction comprises a steel braced frame up to podium
level at first and second floor level with proprietary panel system above.

Foundations consist of piled foundations, reinforced concrete ground beams and
suspended insitu concrete slabs.

The development is situated in the heart of lincoln, alongside the Brayford Quays North.
