TMP sustainability can advise on the environmental impact of material selection and offer guidance to environmentally friendly alternatives to regular methods of construction.

Using adobe construction (mud bricks) only releases 22kg of carbon dioxide per tonne when used in comparison with brick and block construction which releases 500kg carbon dioxide per tonne. This leads to a saving of 478kg of carbon dioxide being released into the atmosphere per tonne of adobe being used.
